Both starter packs include a Breeder Reader and a number of Microchip implants. This is the ideal pack to get you started on your Microchipping programme and includes FREE Implanters. All products conform to ISO 11784 and 11785.
This Breeder Reader is one of our more popular readers and reads all FDX-B transponders, regardless of the manufacturer. It's small, light, easy to use and sits comfortably in the hand. It has a diagonal ferrite antenna and its reading range is approximately 5 cm (glass transponder, 2.12 mm x 12 mm). It suits both right and Left handed operators and all buttons are within easy finger reach.
The Microchip assembly includes one ISO FDX-B glass transponder in a cannula (needle) with a blade length of 32 mm. The entire assembly is ETO sterilised and blister-packed along with six Type 39 barcode stickers for use with passports / ID documents etc. Starter Pack 1 includes 12 such assemblies. Implanters are included FREE.
